Terms and conditions

The Terms of Use stated herein (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or this “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“Client or User ”) and Preztigez Asia Pte Ltd (Company No. 201114133R) (the “Company”). In order to use the service, you must agree to the Terms of Use that are set out below. By using our services provided to you by the Company, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, and any future amendments and additions to the Terms of Use as published from time to time.

By using the Company Services, you are appointing the appointed Preztigez Asia Ptd Ltd as your (“Client or User ”) authorized driver for the purpose of motor insurance coverage.

Items Left in Vehicle. The Company shall not be responsible for damage or loss to possessions or items left in the Client’s vehicle or items in the vehicles of the Client’s guests.

Damage to Vehicle. The Company holds liability insurance, but shall not be responsible for damage to Client’s vehicle, whether or not such damage is caused by another vehicle (s) or person(s) in the parking lot and surrounding area.

Acts of God. The Company is not responsible for acts of God and/or circumstances that are beyond our control including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, or weather delays.
Parking Lot Attendants. The Company provides parking lot attendants, also referred to as valets, to park vehicles. Use of such attendants by The Valet to park or drive Client’s or User’s vehicle shall be at the sole risk of Client or user.

Acceptance of Risk. Client or user agrees to assume responsibility for the risk of property damage while the Client’s vehicle is parked on the property provided by the client and/or parked by The Company drivers.

Vehicle condition. Client or user has to make sure their vehicle is in a good drivable condition for the safety for both the Client or user and the Company Driver.

Release and Indemnity. Upon engaging our services: Client or User agrees to release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents. Client agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the valet, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any loss, liability, theft, damage, or cost that may incur due to the valet parking of the Client’s or User’s vehicle upon the Company’s property, whether caused by negligence of the valet or otherwise.

Preztigez Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse potential customers or terminate previously accepted jobs without providing reasons. Any threats or abusive acts towards any Preztigez Asia staff will be reported immediately to the Singapore Police Force.

Preztigez Asia Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any theft, fire, collision and/or any other loss/damage whatsoever suffered by the vehicle or any accessories thereto or contents therein or any part thereof whilst at the car park or any location at which the vehicle is located, or for any loss or damage suffered by the vehicle, in the course of driving, moving or parking the vehicle, howsoever caused, including without limitation by the negligence of The Management and/or its employees, and in driving, moving or parking the vehicle, The Management and/or its employees shall be deemed to be doing so as the owner’s agent.

Preztigez Asia Pte Ltd may, at its absolute discretion retain the vehicle until a valid claim card/check is produced. Parking charges will be payable in respect of any period of retention under this condition. In addition, thereto, if a person for whatsoever reason fails to produce a valid claim card/check, Preztigez Asia Pte Ltd may at its discretion hand the case over to the security. Your acceptance of this ticket constitutes an acceptance of our conditions.

Preztigez Asia Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend, delete and/or introduce new terms and conditions to the above. As much as the company will try to update customers on changes, it shall be the responsibility of the customers to update themselves by checking the websites for changes. Employment of our services implies your acceptance of our original and/or updated terms and conditions.
